Castle Security has been established since 2000 and remains a privately owned security company. We provide high calibre Security Officers and services to all types of businesses and public sector organisations throughout Scotland.
In recent years the company has grown and developed into a well respected security services provider. This has been achieved through a combination of organic growth and the retention of quality client accounts.
Castle Security is accredited to British Standards: 7499-7858 and also holds ‘Inspected Status’ with the Inspectorate of the Security Industry (ISI).
Castle Security Officers are trained and examined in the classroom to recognised standards of the security industry training organisations. Ongoing special training is given on site until the Security Officer is competent to deal with specific customer needs.
Training records are maintained to support qualifications and competence of all staff in undertaking specific tasks required by our diverse range of clients. Additional training requirements of Security Officers or Management Staff are identified by regular supervision and appraisal.
Comprehensive work instructions and guidelines are prepared and issued to all personnel to cover key processes which directly affect the quality of the service provided and address the specific requirements of BS 7499.
