Contract Planning & Implementation
A fully effective security service is invoked from day one, achieved through a detailed implementation plan with relevant action agreed between us. Each contract has its own requirements and therefore its own plan.
Service Specification
In recent years our industry has significantly changed, with clients becoming more knowledgeable and discerning in their requirements and placing greater emphasis on value and quality of service. To provide the best possible service and advice, we take great care to ensure that both the client’s specific requirements and the security needs of the premises are adhered to. We offer a thorough site survey and risk assessment as part of our evaluation service, if required.
Assignment Instructions
Detailed assignment instructions are drafted to client approval. These detail all aspects of the service intended and also explain any off-site procedures. Copies are available to the security staff, the client, and at our control room, updated as required.
Standing Orders
All our staff adhere to company standing orders, which relate to general standards of service, appearance and conduct and are trained into staff at recruitment level.
Security Control Centre
Manned 24 hours a day, our control centre makes regular ‘check calls’ to isolated staff and teams ensuring their alertness and to ensure correct manning levels. This centre is also available as a contact between our clients and us.Client Liason & Reports We seek periodical meetings with clients to pro-actively identify potential problems before they impact the service. Any reports required by you will be tailored to your individual site.
